Section 1: Order Dispatch
All orders placed with Biogency will be dispatched within 3 business days following the confirmation of the purchase.
Section 2: Refund and Return Policy
2.1. Customers have the right to return any product purchased from Biogency within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange for returns initiated after this 30-day period.
2.2. For a product return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was when received, and must be returned in its original packaging.
2.3. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2.4. Products should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
2.5. Biogency retains the right to only grant partial refunds under the following conditions:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Section 3: Refunds
3.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Biogency will send an email notification confirming that we have received the returned item. We will also notify customers regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
3.2. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Section 4: Late or Missing Refunds
4.1. If the refund has not been received yet, the customer is advised to first recheck their bank account.
4.2. If the refund is not visible, the customer should contact their credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted due to processing times.
4.3. In the event the steps above are followed and no refund is received, customers should contact Biogency at email@example.com.
Section 5: Exchanges
Biogency only offers exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange for the same item is required, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Section 6: Shipping Returns
6.1. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning an item.
6.2. The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach the customer may vary depending on location.
6.3. For more expensive items, customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Biogency cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
Section 7: International Orders
7.1. International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties upon arrival in the customer’s country. These taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer and not Biogency.
7.2. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the customer. Customers are advised to check with their local Customs agency about potential tax/duty charges prior to ordering.

8.1. The content of this website, which includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings, and software, is the property of Biogency and is protected by the copyright laws of Australia and applicable international copyright laws.
8.2. Without explicit written permission from Biogency, customers are prohibited from the following activities:
- Adapting, reproducing, or publicly communicating any part of this website.
- Storing, distributing, printing, displaying, performing, or publishing any part of this website.
- Creating derivative works from any part of this website or our products.
