Directions for Use

Adults: 2 tablets after a meal daily. Children 6–10 years: half tablet after a meal. Children 10–16 years: 1 tablet after a meal. Recommended after lunch or dinner — ideally after a meal containing fats/oils, as Vitamin K2 and D3 are fat-soluble and absorption is improved when taken with food.

Warnings & Contraindications

  • Not to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Do not use while taking warfarin without medical advice.
  • Vitamins and minerals should not replace a balanced diet.
