What is Synext?

How to take Synext

Understanding niacin flush
Synext contains nicotinic acid, a form of vitamin B3. Some people may experience temporary warmth, redness, tingling or itching of the skin after taking products containing nicotinic acid. This is commonly known as a niacin flush.
A niacin flush can feel uncomfortable, particularly when it happens for the first time. Taking Synext with or immediately after food may help reduce the likelihood or intensity of this sensation for some people.
A flush is not automatically the same as an allergy. However, stop using the product and seek urgent medical help if you experience severe or unusual symptoms, including swelling, hives, difficulty breathing, fainting or loss of consciousness.
