Growth Code vitamin D3 K2 chewable tablets are a convenient daily formula for children and adolescents aged 3–16 years. The formula combines vitamin D3, vitamin K2 MK-7, magnesium, zinc and selected vitamins, minerals and amino acids to support bone health, healthy bone development and general health and wellbeing.
Vitamin D helps calcium absorption, while vitamin K2 is included alongside key nutrients that help support bone mass, bone density and bone strength. These chewable tablets are designed to fit easily into a daily routine and should be taken with a meal to support absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2.
Bone health is supported by a balanced diet, regular physical activity and sufficient intake of essential nutrients. Growth Code provides vitamin D3, which helps calcium absorption. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.
The formula also contains vitamin K2 MK-7, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, selenium, lysine and leucine. Together, these nutrients provide daily nutritional support for growing children and adolescents when used as directed.
